The Influence of Work Life Balance, Workload and Occupational Stress on Turnover Intention in Generation Z in ABCD Village Area

This study aims to analyze the effect of work-life balance, workload, and occupational stress on turnover intention among Generation Z in the ABCD area. This research employs a quantitative method with data collected through questionnaires. The population in this study consists of Generation Z workers residing in ABCD, with a sample of 96 respondents determined using Slovin's formula. Data analysis will be conducted using multiple linear regression to examine the partial effect of each variable through a t-test, utilizing SPSS 26 as the analytical tool. The results of this study indicate that work-life balance (X1) has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, workload (X2) has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, and occupational stress (X3) has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention among workers in the ABCD area.
